Remedies
The entire liability of the company, and the full extent of the purchaser’s remedy, shall be limited to a refund of the price paid or replacement of the product. Replacement of a product is limited to thirty days. Refund of a product is determined by the payment processor used to transact the purchase.

Exclusion and Limitation of Liability
These warranties exclude all incidental and consequential damages. The company, its intermediaries and suppliers will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, business data or other financial loss.

Choice of Law
By purchasing any of the products and services offered by the company you are entering into a contract with the company. The company is registered in Scotland and by entering into a contract with the company you agree that the contract will be subject to Scots Law.
In the event of any action arising out of a contract between you and the company you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Scotland, and that any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
English shall be the official language of any contract between you and the company and will be used to interpret the terms of the contract.
You also understand that if you don’t agree with these terms and conditions that you have the option not to enter a contract with the company.
Intellectual Property Rights
The websites, products and services owned by the company contain copyrighted material, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, modify, publish, transfer, transmit, sell, rent, lease, reverse engineer or otherwise exploit any of the intellectual property owned by the company.
Unless otherwise stated, all text, images, audio and video contained in all products and services offered by the company are licensed to the customer rather than sold.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, you may not use, reproduce, copy, emulate, clone, modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, rent, lease, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any product or service licensed by the company. Unauthorized use shall result in immediate termination of the license and may prompt criminal and/or civil prosecution.
